While I do not agree with all of your conclusions, I can see from your comments we did not live-up to our expectation that each Alkamist know and feel he or she is a valued team member with equal opportunities. Although we work in a challenging and fast-paced environment we strive every moment to be a phenomenal place to work, learn, grow, thrive and have fun. I feel we have a truly exceptional leadership group, to a person, totally committed to such a place. We take any concerns seriously and have no room for the concerns of any Alkamist to go unaddressed.
