Exciting high profile projects. Good for fans of live music

The company is disorganized, and its chalked up to things being fast paced. The technical design department has a high turnover due to the work environment. No positive reinforcement or appreciation for work. Management holds grudges and acts spitefully in response to problems (reducing hours, playing favorites). No opportunity present for promotions/raises. Dirty and unsafe facility. Computers under-powered for type of work. Fired in retaliation for voicing problems.
