- friendly mates but i dont think that this reason would be enough to join the organisation.

- Worst Management - management do not listen to anyone. they take poor decisions which are in against of employees favor. they would change any policy internally without letting the employees know. and deduct their salary without intimating them. - Guys always have track of all the communication between you and organisation. Bcz most of the time they would refuse for the things on which they were agreed in beginning. - they treat employees as a beggar whoever are on notice and in giving their F&F amount. In beginning they would say that management is always their for employment but in actual when employee has an issue they wont even care to listen.

Salary Hick is the only Pro if you work here, But you dnt know when it will be cut due to your Work Hrs logged in the time sheets it will depend upon the Management's mood.

All other then salary hick are the cons like : - Working Environment - Salary disbursement - Top Management - Hr services. - You don't know when you will get a new memorandum that says that "Now you salary will cut due to this so and so reason". - If we will talk about the exit policy you don't know by which reason they will hold your Full and Final payment and for how much time. - You will not get the FnF on the day you are leaving, for this you need to wait may be for a month or two.
