I felt compelled to write this review after seeing some others that I don’t believe reflect the full picture. All Points is an incredible place to work. From day one, the agency is very transparent about how it operates. If you’re driven, want to learn quickly, and are ready to be surrounded by people who push and inspire you, you’ll find yourself growing in ways you didn’t expect. Despite the fast pace and high expectations, I still had an incredible work-life balance. All Points invested in me not just as a professional, but as a person — something I hadn't experienced at other companies. They care about your goals, your wellbeing, and your development. That kind of support goes a long way. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a job that lets you coast or simply clock in and out, this isn’t the place. But if you’re eager to build a meaningful career, work alongside passionate colleagues, and be challenged every day, you’ll love it.

It’s challenging, no doubt, but for people who enjoy working hard, it's the kind of environment that fuels - and rewards - professional growth.

I had professional experiences far beyond what most recent grads would (client-facing opportunities, a wide range of creative work, travel, leadership, and more) However, I feel strongly that leaving was the best career decision I've ever made.

The workload I was given far exceeded industry standards. The creative responsibility on one APPR client is the same amount of work as a full-time position at a different company. It’s simply not possible to healthily manage the responsibility of being the lead creative on 7–9 accounts. This resulted in 60+ hour work weeks under immense pressure. I remember having to beg for support on multiple occasions. The owners know what to do/say to manipulate the culture into feeling positive and rewarding.
