- Very little direction or leadership to speak of - Value proposition is not defined or unique - Employees who are industry experts are jaded and frustrated because leadership does not engage them for feedback or does not take their recommendations seriously - Competitors are producing equivalent or even superior solutions at nearly half the cost, and leadership/employees feel little motivation to attempt to be price competitive or to adjust their strategy
