Do your job and do it well and they will bend over backwards for you. True loyalty and the ability to operate your store as if it were your own, as long as you do it right. All the joy of retail without the late nights and long weekends. Efforts are truly appreciated and I cannot stress enough how much they value their good staff. Not a job for the lazy but if you give it your all and have good work ethic it is not a hard job. You can have a great career with great rewards. GREAT health care especially considering the size of the company.

Since they are a family owned business and growing quickly things can be disorganized but it is a work in progress. What is true today may change tomorrow but it is usually for the best. Back to school is CHAOS. Makes Black Friday look like a vacation.
