absolutely nothing, worst culture and zero professionalism

Worked here in sales for a short time and honestly it was one of the worst professional experiences I’ve had. The company talks a lot about “growth” and “performance” but provides absolutely no support, training, or realistic direction to actually help employees succeed.
Management is completely out of touch with the realities of the job. Targets are absurdly unrealistic, constantly changing, and based more on fantasy than actual market conditions. Instead of helping the team, managers spend most of their time pressuring employees and blaming sales staff for problems caused by poor leadership and zero strategy.
The culture is extremely toxic. There’s a constant atmosphere of fear because salespeople are hired in bulk and then quickly fired if they don’t magically hit impossible numbers within weeks. No mentorship, no proper onboarding, no collaboration, just endless pressure and micromanagement.
Work-life balance doesn’t exist, communication is chaotic, and employees are treated as disposable. The turnover rate alone should tell you everything you need to know.
Would not recommend this company to anyone looking for stability, professional growth, or even basic respect in the workplace.
