Didn’t know much about logistics before starting here, but picked things up pretty quickly after learning the daily routine. Always something happening, so the workday never feels slow. Some shipment situations getting hectic, but the team usually helping instead of leaving one person buried in work. Much better at handling customers without panicking when schedules suddenly change.

A lot of the people here have been friendly and supportive. It's just a shame that the ones running the company are horrible...

I would not recommend working for All-Ways to anyone! The company has a toxic work environment; employees are treated as nothing more than disposable tools and forced to work long hours, take on brutal workloads, and meet unrealistic demands every single day. It's even worse if you're a woman; managers constantly harass female employees and make inappropriate remarks towards them. The salary is insultingly low, and there isn't much room for growth if you don't have any connections. Unless you're that desperate for work, I highly recommend staying away!
