- NA President threatens your job every week - Competitive industry, European presence is strong but in the US they are not positioned to win. You’re better off going to other players in the space - Too established for equity to be given, but too small to really compete in the US market - The president will grill you on your deals, take over the sales cycle, lose and then blame you

Nothing really positive - the AWS work maybe

Terrible management and project management especially bad - the pm’s only schedule meetings but act like they are in charge with no tech knowledge - they over meeting the client but do not realize it bc pm’s need something to do… they make money by using AWS MAP program which is AWS given money to customers to switch to AWS which goes to AC.
