Collaboration across teams is strong, and there is a noticeable respect for expertise at every level of the organization. The company empowers individuals to take ownership, move quickly, and contribute in meaningful ways. There is also a strong sense of purpose in the work, which translates into real impact for clients and their employees.

Micromanagement, micromanagement, micromanagement. Communication between higher-ups is incredibly poor and management is detached. You'll witness mass layoffs and then management will act confused on why you're nervous about potentially losing your employment. Everyone is trying to meet metrics so additional help when learning your position is limited. They'll implement new ways to micromanage you instead of making something innovative to aid the software program from 2008 they still utilize. I've worked some pretty intense jobs in the past, but this stressed me out more and I wasn't even compensated enough to deal with it.
