I have worked for AllSTEM for 4 years and have truly enjoyed every part of my journey within this organization. There is more tenured staff here than any place I have ever worked before! The leadership is composed of some of the best individuals I have ever met, and truly invest in developing their staff to there highest potential. We value our customers, and work at filling gaps in employment trends, matching them with the best talent in the job market today. We truly adopt the mission of the company and give back to our communities, and economy by selling what we believe in.

The only con I can think of is that AllSTEM is US based for now and hopefully can expand globally in the future. This would be beneficial for candidates and customers.
