Beautiful brand with distinct style, not difficult to become passionate about the clothes you're hoping to sell. You have the ability to wear the clothes yourself with a bi-annual allowance. Coworkers are usually fun and friendly, there is a fun atmosphere in the store.

Svantaggi

Terrible pay with barely any wage increase after several years. No ability to progress career. Your numbers are compared to unrealistic standards such as a time before covid and before the online shopping boom. When your store is the "black sheep" of the bunch, and unable to get the same shining conversion rates the big stores do, they'll make sure to treat you as such by giving you bad stock clothing not even the big stores were able to sell. This usually translates in an incohesive collection, style/color/combination-wise. Your store becomes 99% t-shirts and 1% pants for example. Every breathing second is spent on updating them on your conversion and what your game plan will be for the next hour. Work feels less about selling your products and more about holding inspirational TED talk. Unless your store is located in the UK you will get no special benefits or rewards.

I've been with the company for about half a year and have had a wonderful time so far! I'm on a great team, enjoy my manager, my benefits, and the development I've had so far.

Svantaggi

No cons thus far, AllSaints is global company, so there does need to flexibility and early mornings if you're based in North America, but this is not a con - just a caution if you don't have flexibility.

I'm not sure. I would have said the clothing allowance, but the allowance depends on the manager's tastes and preferences along with what he would like to see you wear. That means you can only get what he approves. If this is a plus for you then I would say that's the most okay part of the experience.

MANAGEMENT. Lack of diversity or training. HR and management just repeat themselves like robots. THE PAY is TERRIBLE. The commission structure used to supplement that even a little bit, but in the middle of last season it was changed to be structured more as a pyramid scheme that is not guaranteed. It depends on the stores performance against the company's goals. This means that you are going to be constantly badgered and reminded that your hours depend on deliverables without the benefit of being compensated for that work. MANAGEMENT only cares about themselves. You will never move up because after getting paid pennies, people won't leave to free up the space.
