They do not care about employees, they do not care if you have a family, they do not care about your mental health, they do not care about you in any way unless you don't show up for work. During my initial interview I was told straightforward I was nothing but a body in a seat and completely replaceable. There is a union but they do nothing to help their members and do not take any of our requests when it's time for contract renewal seriously.
