There is very limited advancement opportunity outside of program operations. Once you hit Sr. Manager level, there are prescribed guardrails in place from parent company to not promote beyond Sr. Manager because it triggers enhanced LTIP opportunities. This stifles growth and leads to stagnation within its mid to mid-high management levels.
