The core values are nice on the paper but not following it at all. - "Collaborate Globally " - the sales teams are literally fighting over each other on projects. Hey, this is a global world ! Same on the top management, it is a catfight. - "Exceed Customer Expectations" - Allegr cannot even MEET customer expectations. - "Empower with Trust" - this must have been the advice of the consulting company to the CEO himself, obviously he did not take it. Internal atmosphere is toxic, internal communication is on minimum level.
