Showered with gifts at special occasions, to make up for the poor treatment on a daily basis. Lack of empathy. Policies that don't work in favour of families. Expected to work overtime daily and chastised for finishing on time, even for staff with caring responsibilities. Micro-managing and disempowering (snooping on everyone's inboxes, enforcing rigid processes). Bad-mouthing previous employees to current team. Toxic upper management making an unbearable environment.
