Script had to be followed to the letter, stiff and impersonal sales pitch. Company gives lip service to clients but does not follow through with quality and integrity throughout the build process. Does not pay subcontractors enough to care about what they are doing so that the company can continue to make record profits. When mistakes are made they request forgiveness rather than making the home right and giving the clients what they asked and paid for. A lot of promises are made in the beginning to clients but company does not follow through, then the sales counselor is left to pick of the pieces and deal with very upset (and rightly so) customers without any support from management.
