Growing, competent leadership, high energy, bilingual leadership, great culture, (star wars, marvel, jurassic park, star trek, and more). Senior staff is competent and guides the team forward.

Still experiencing growing pains. Which could be seen as a Positive for some, and other perhaps not. Still, ambitious individuals will thrive here if they want to make change. Leadership is open to ideas so long as they make sense.

There is a fully functioning engineering department, along with traditional lathes, CNC machines, 3D printing tools, and even a Faro Arm for high-precision measurements. Also provides advanced 3D modeling software, which has allowed me to take on real mechanical engineering responsibilities, including designing mechanical structures and tools. The technicians here are not only highly skilled but also very respectful and supportive of the engineers.

The Company need more structured management processes, to support its growing engineering operations.
