Still experiencing growing pains. Which could be seen as a Positive for some, and other perhaps not. Still, ambitious individuals will thrive here if they want to make change. Leadership is open to ideas so long as they make sense.

Number 1 customer is its staff. Culture of managers that value its staff. Where one’s work is always appreciated, and makes a difference. This is a company where its managers and owners take the hardest job, work the longest hours, and continuously make investment in time and money to improve. The opportunities for advancement is unlimited.

The down side is the company rewards its staff for success and deliverables. It’s hard to get a paycheck in this company if you are not self-motivated. You will get fired for bad attitude. If you can work in a Team environment, you can’t work here.
