I was raised to Retail department but never got required training, I asked my TL for the training and it never got delivered, after 7 months without training I decided to quit as the TL was giving me a bad score for things that I didn't know how to do.

The job is not too difficult once you have been there for a while, but either way you will be on the phone all day which can be draining.

Corporate is constantly nagging at the employees in this position: required calls over important follow ups, adding days in office, constantly looking how long employees are in the office not at results they are driving, pay decreases the past 2 years despite record sales
