- The colleagues are very supportive. - Good trainings

- Lack of transparency from upper management, lack of replies to concerns and long delays for follow up on issues affecting daily work. - Restructure was done with a lack of planning and with a « will cross that bridge when we come to it » mentality, causing issues and delays in the downstream. - Change in the flexible working arrangement and mandatory return to the office, only reasoning behind it is for the « work culture » even if it’s unproductive. - High volumes with expectations to complete within SLA even if team is short staff, lots of stress related to constant follow up. - No opportunity to move up, salary is not worth the stress and constant hassle. - Old technology, system often failed.

The job is not too difficult once you have been there for a while, but either way you will be on the phone all day which can be draining.

Corporate is constantly nagging at the employees in this position: required calls over important follow ups, adding days in office, constantly looking how long employees are in the office not at results they are driving, pay decreases the past 2 years despite record sales
