Extensive training- junior staff are nice and very courteous. Excellent if you are a customer. They offer great customer care but at the cost of the misery of many employees you get promoted if you are prepared to stab your colleagues in the back and if one of the managers favours you. excellent clients retention- so if you are on the customer end, you will receive excellent client care
