I feel comfortable approaching management, from my direct supervisor up through the C-level executives to have conversations about what is going on with the company and its direction. I left Allied for personal reasons, and came back because I missed having the ability to feel like the decisions I made directly impacted my career progression, as well as the people and the office culture.
