Nice work environment, everyone is friendly. This is a place where you are going to be given plenty of leeway and time to get your work done. You will be expected to be very independent and figure things out on your own. It is a growing business, so it does make sense that you need to be self-sufficient

Sometimes the super independent work environment could be a con, if I'm ever stuck on something and the usual resources I use can't help me, then it can sometimes be tough to get a hold of someone who can help me. Often times people were super busy and had little to no time to help when I would catch them on a whim
