Don’t EVER work here. The old head chef Chris, was amazing and really kept the kitchen staff together. Your only as good as your manager. But the new staff has literally wrecked the moral of this work place. You will get lectures constantly for doing your best job, because they keep raising their standards over and over again before you can even learn what they want. There lack of communication is impeccable and the managers will deny any sort of conflicts started from them. I have made many great friends working there and we all went on to better jobs where the moral is good and people actually treat you with respect. good luck to anyone who works there and we wish you the best three months there cause that is about how long you be able to stand it.
