Management is fear based. Type "fear based management" into google and educate yourself because that is exactly what is going on at this organization. Everything could be great if not for management. They encourage narcissism and arrogance amongst each other and the regular employees are bullied and taken advantage of (especially in the summer when it is busy, do you like working 9-12 hour days 6 days a week?). I and my fellow employees were made to feel extremely guilty for requesting off more than 5 days. A certain manager told my friend/coworker with a child to have his wife call in her job so he could attend mandatory training. The way they treat customers vs employees is sick. They will brownnose all day to the customer and turn around and snap at/verbally abuse their employees. But yeah like the other reviewer said, if you are female and cute get ready for the ceo to promote you to his office because that is the only type he allows in his part of the building. Yes this was a rant but I gave my best while I was here and came away feeling totally unappreciated and used. I know I'm not alone AT ALL..because people talk and people quit...like 6 people did in my department over a month and a half.
