Poor communication. Founders blame employees for their own lack of leadership. Both are young and easily influenced by VCs, influencers, TikTok etc. They assume their team is less intelligent than they are. They whisper to each other and giggle all day. Conversations are peppered with negativity about their employees. If you are an experienced leader and enjoy being doubted at every step, having every hire blocked, and never investing a dime into customer acquisition you'll love it here.
