Great work environment, and an awesome website and mobile property. Great office location, and nice office space. The people are very good and all of them love to cook and or eat.

Product development and product market are non functioning units. The parent company Meredith's products are about 4 years behind allrecipes.com and integration after the sale in March of last year has been anything but smooth and orderly. Senior Meredith management is a bunch of 1% ers that is all about self preservation and carving out their little territories. Smart VP's and even the president Lisa Sharples have left. The only people still around are the ones with Kush jobs or too scared to look for a new one. Meredith runs a tight ship, so don't ever ask tough smart questions or provide solutions. That's a one way ticket out the door. The implementation of SCRUM has been a nightmare with missed deadlines and slowed overall product innovation. Cronyism and Yes people is the management culture.
