New company, not experienced. Doesn’t take care of their customers. Takes money instantly from patrons and doesn’t resolves issues for a couple of days. Had lots of complaints about food but we’re not meant to handle them in a timely manner. The company doesn’t care about its customers. Try Grubhub or UberEats for better quality. Allset robs customers of their money.

I have been working at Allset for more than a year and this job became a lot more for me than just a job. Allset feels like family! You work on an amazing product surrounded by amazing people - everyone so dedicated, and passionate about what they do.

If you're new to the online food ordering industry, might be an okay place to get started and get experience. It's nice to work remote/make your own schedule.

The CEO is gaslighting megalomaniac driving his company into the ground and blaming lower level staff for his shortcomings, literally and ruthlessly berates and shames team members in front of the whole company during team meetings for even minor issues or even when undeserving. The company makes promises to it's staff that it doesn't keep, including pay raises, promotions, transitioning from 1099 to W2, etc. Pay has been late and inconsistent numerous times with little to no resolution. Team members are kept in the dark on important developments or are flat out lied to in order to cover up upper management's ineptitude. The goalposts for the sales team are constantly shifting literally week to week, at the whim of the CEO, who shouldn't even be directly involved in sales in the first place, of whom creates a stressful, inconsistent, and frankly, abusive/volatile work environment for his staff.
