      I was told non phone accommodations were being gotten rid of then fired hours later for "call avoidance". Hours are absolutely awful.

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
