No pros, just too much stress that your bosses put on you for no reason. They lie about other offices #’s to belittle you. I have worked at 3 different offices and they all say the same about each other which is the funniest thing ever. They lie about how the top seller at your office just wants it more. Bs they get the easiest and best leads. Think about how many times people come in and out of the offices. It’s all a lie, all they need is one solid person and that’s it.

Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
