As a result, most of the remaining employees are unambitious and live in fear of losing their jobs. You will not receive leadership, guidance or have a mentor at Allstate; senior leadership also lives in fear and are consumed with their own need to stay alive and potentially climb the corporate ladder. Being an outside professional coming into the environment you quickly realize everything portrayed during the interview process was merely a facade. This place is a breeding ground for vindictiveness, unethical behavior and pure corruption.
