A annual review of managers was done and uppper level reviewed the comments made and action was taken. Management acknowledged you every day. You were meet with monthly to discuss how you are doing. Dress code was casual if goals were met. Employees were rewarded for a job well done. The location was good and parking was free. Education was stressed and growth in the position. The benefits were good and tuition reimbursement was available. Able to pursue higher education
