      Great training being back in sales after 4 years of sales. I had the best boss in the world who actually helped motivate me to leave to do something better financially. He helped guide me in the right directions while being hard on me at the same time about sales . I couldn’t appreciate it enough.

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
