      Great office space, nice people, lots of social events, flexible working, lots of training opportunities.

      The salary really is on the low side and although there’s opportunities for promotion, it doesn’t lead to much of an increase. Many people leave because of this.

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
