The recent changes included lay offs and additional work in day to day claim handling. In turn it caused high turn over and an even more massive workload. Technology such as phone systems and adjusting tools are painfully slow and have constant issues. All departments involved are behind and it creates poor customer experience, pissed off customers, and more work for everyone. The company creates issues outside of your control and you are at the front lines taking the heat.
