There is a high employee turnover rate. Everybody is leaving including managers and upper management because of bad management low pays and low raises. One of the worst platform management I have seen. Platform teams don’t even aware of each other’s plans and changes. They don’t communicate the changes with the product teams. Platform is very limiting and poorly designed.
