      Working at Allstate was a good experience. I was lucky enough to have a good, supportive, team leader who was interested in my development and growth. Allstate has good worklife balance. I would like to have the opportunity to work there again.

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
