      Only if you have bad atttendance is one reason to not work at allstate because you will be let go very fast.

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
