      Laid back dress code, base pay is decent, friendly people, they do have a bonus in place and fun incentives.

      Svantaggi

      Annual raises are very low and they changed the bonus structure so much people are looking else where. The advancement opportunity are preplanned which makes it hard to trust the companies leaders.

      Large Stable company, decent benefits, provide social gathering opportunities for remote employees.

      Communication is not the best. from leadership down or between departments. Perception is valued higher then performance. Under stress people may turn hostile and the leadership is not equipped to address in well. In case of my manager some of the expectations were not reasonable.
