      Animosity from store mgt is palpable Rough on knees Long drive time (although paid) Longer standing hours Conditions can be cumbersome ( difficult to count/audit due to clutter and inventory mismanagement) Small growth Short ladder (Not many positions to move up to/through) Small repetitive and often tedious work Not very fulfilling work Hourly position with no bonus opportunities Only 2 paid holidays No IRA matching incentives Privately owned company (no stock incentives/bonuses)

      The company is amazing. The employees are al super nice and willing to help you with questions you may have. Training and onboarding process is very quick and easy to get through and you get paid during this time as well. Management is amazing as well, in my experience. They definitely focus on the employees health a lot.

      As for time off, try not to take any before your first 90 days. They don't have a way to give you the time off and still keep you employed. Other than that, solid company.
