Burnout is rampant. Incredibly bizarre for a company that works with therapists and therapy clients. Alma/Spring Health is causing mental health issues for employees because of the intense pressure and distrust (maybe they see that as a way for therapists to get more work??). The blatant favoritism and promotion of low-performing employees who brown nose the c-level team is embarrassing. If you want a company to do well promote the high-performers who know how to do their jobs.
