The company is really open to innovation, and it promotes cross-functional collaboration, considering its medium size it is much easier to access to anyone in the organization compared to bigger companies. Considering the fact that it is family owned this ensures higher stability and a real long term vision. My coworkers are amazing, everyone is willing to give a hand, and I have made great friends too!
