A very Indian family (Nepotism) based management culture which is a little difficult to communicate with for Western or European/ South African senior employees. This is reflected by a large turnover of staff in the past five years.

Always something different every day, work colleagues were brilliant fun, very good team vibe. Exciting events to work on, very encouraging when you want try something ambitious and unique in the industry.

The work hours are insane during some months. Working in Hotels in Dubai is just awful, the most unpleasant thing I've ever had to do in my career and there's a lot of it.
