There is no job security, they hire and fire employees in as less as 2 days. They fire employees without any reason, if MD is not in good mood he will fire the entire department. So anyday can be your last working day in the company, you live with fear of loosing you job. Therefore there are no old employees in the company, the longest duration of stay of employees are 2 months or 5 months (lucky ones). Those who are ready to become slaves can stay in this company longer coz you have to say YES for everything that the MD says, if he says you are a donkey you have to say yes for that. There is no work-life balance as there are no work timings, you should stay till 10-11 pm. There is no learning, no growth, no policies... it is just a waste of time to join this company coz very soon you will be jobless.
