Working at Alongside ABA has been a positive experience. Even with all the changes, the company has done a good job keeping communication open and making staff feel heard. The culture has stayed really positive, and the team is friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. It’s been nice to see the company grow while still keeping a supportive environment for employees and clients.

Flexible hours(if you have availability from 3pm-8pm)

-Low pay. I was being underpaid for months and directors did not care or have urgency to fix them. -Will terminate you if you have a disability/get sick often. They don’t care if you miss sessions due to illness. -If you miss more than 1-2 sessions a month, they will fire you. -If you work in the school cases, they tell you to file for unemployment during the summer instead of finding work for the BTs.
