-Toxic work culture. -Managers use foul language -CEO has anger issues as previously told in the negative reviews. It's all true. -They expect you to work from day one without formal training even after they promise they will provide training. They DO NOT! -They start assigning you more and more work and if you don't say no then you are in a big big trouble. They keep pushing you until you breakdown mentally. Even if you are an LGS here they will give you AMs work too. -The managers are arrogant. They never listen and they think they are the smartest in the room unless it's a client meeting. HAHA. They will fake everything in front of the client. They make fool out of people. - You cannot sustain here more than a few months. I think this is their strategy to continuously hire and let go. The toxicity is in abundance. -Salary is always, always, always provided late. They will not give you salary if their clients do not pay. The management is a JOKE. -Have you heard that a human being learns from the mistakes it makes. Well apparently here at Alore, if you make a mistake you are grilled in front of everyone. They don't care about your self respect. They will lash out on anyone at anytime. -They will call you to ask about work on a holiday at 11PM also. They don't have a sense of time. NO PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL.
