Alorica is ok, but has issues - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative presso Alorica

The insane metrics, the drama on the production floor, the time off, and some bad Team Managers. There basically is no work/life balance. Not many people get 2 days off in a row. I was recently laid off along with a group of other employees. I find it disturbing that they outsource payroll and timekeeping to the Philippines.
