Management is completely waste who don't even cross check what they send. They don't even check what name they have typed in relieving letter and make to send multiple emails with no response. Even a bot sends email without mistake and the management still tries to cover the mistake. How can people who handles documentation and onboarding makes mistake on employee name in relieving and instead of correcting it, they argue what they have typed it right.
