The supervisors and management are the worst I've ever seen. There's a couple supervisors that deserve more! Like three maybe the others walk around with the poorest attitudes. They do orientation every Tuesday with 8 to 12 people per week. Can you imagine being the plant manager and having to explain why we are wasting so much time on interviews and orientations. Or do they just not care?? It's not the job or the hours it is the people there!!!!!! Before you get hired they are all very nice and friendly and once your in the plant don't say good morning to the plant manager because he will look at you stupid. Great way to start the morning! The pay is the only good thing.
